My mare pulls back hard when she's startled, and this strap gave way exactly as intended without any drama—no snapped leather, no broken hardware. The fact that it's reusable and sized for her weight means I can reset it in seconds and get back to work.

The release weight is dialed in perfectly for my 14.2hh pony—it snaps free under pressure without ever popping loose during normal groundwork. I bought two as backups and the sizing guide was spot on, so swapping them out takes seconds.

Took a bit to get the release tension just right, but once I dialed it in, it snaps free cleanly when he pulls back hard. The fact that it’s reusable and sized to his weight makes it a no-brainer for our turnout routine.
